Alkaline Pectinase DHK97300

Properties

DHK 97300 is a highly concentrated, non-GMO alkaline pectinase. 

It is an alkaline pectinase used for Bio-scouring natural cellulosic 

fibres such as cotton, linen, hemp and blends. It removes pectin 

and other impurities from cotton fibres without any degradation 

of the cellulose. So there is no negative effect on the strength 

properties of the fabric. 

DHK97300 can be applied in any type of equipment normally used 

for textile wet-processing

It is a pure pectinase enzyme without addition of any surfactant.

 It should be used together with wetting agent and scouring agent 

(emulsifier) to get the desired scouring performance. The selection 

of wetting agent and scouring agent is very important for the result

 of bio-scouring and good surfactants are essential.

To ensure extend shelf life, store DHK 97300 at 25℃ or below in a sealed 

container. Exposure of this product to elevated temperatures for prolonged 

periods of time may result in loss of activity.

Application

DHK 97300 can be applied in bio-scouring of knitting fabric, hank yarn and package yarn. A typical processing example is as following,

0.5 – 1g/L wetting agent

1 – 2g/L scouring agent

0.2 – 0.4g/L DHK 97300

Neutral pH without  additional use of acid or alkaline. Temperature                55-60℃ Hold for 60mins 

Drop the bath, followed by hot rinsing before dying.

Packaging

Standard packaging is 25kg or 200kg drum

Enzyme Safety Handing

Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with 

skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
