DHK284S is good smooth, fluffy hand feeling cationic softener flake, is specially suitable for softening of cotton, linen, blending and knitted fabrics, it can impart the fabrics with very good soft hand feeling and good rebound elasticity.

Apply for softening of all kinds of denim, washing cloth, woolen sweater, towels etc. which can imparts fabric soft, smooth, fluffy hand feeling.
◆ Property
1. Appearance: slight yellow flake
2. Component: fatty acid amide compound

4. Water soluble appearance: Milky white paste (10% solution)
5. PH value: 4.0- 6.0 (5-10% solution)
◆ Dissolution Method
1. Temperature raising dissolution: add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir and heat up to 60-70℃ and stir for 30-60 mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down for use.
2. High temperature dissolution: add the flakes in water ( 60-70℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir for 30-60 mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down for use.
◆Use Craft
1. Padding method: 20-30G/L(10% solution), temperature 30-40℃
Process：one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping method: 3-8% (O.W.F), bath ration 1:10:15,
temperature 40-50℃, time 15-30mins
