DHK122C is a various metal complexing compound with excellent stability of hydrogen peroxide. Can effectively control the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide to improve the whiteness and avoid strength loss of fabrics.

◆ As a kind of concentrated scouring agent, it can be used directly or after dilution by the ratio 1:1-3.

Application
DHK122C is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing, cold-pad batch continuous equipments and other dyeing or printing processing equipments.
1. Cold-pad batch:
Dosage: 2-3 g/L
2. Continuous steaming alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath bleaching process:
Dosage: 2-3 g/L
3. Batch steaming alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath process:
Dosage: 0.2-0.3g/L
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
