Properties and Features
1. High affinity for nylon fiber, which can compete with acid dyes at beginning of dyeing stage, and reach the effects of retarding and leveling dyeing.
2. Has good migration property; can improve the migrating property in high temperature dyeing stage; improve the dyeing spots.
3. Can obtain good levelness through improving the dyes wetting ability.
4. Low foaming.
Application Field
Suitable for nylon and its blends, and wool in acid and neutral dyeing process.
Application Process
Dosage: 0.15-0.5 %(o.w.f.)
L/R: 1:10
Temperature: 95℃~120℃
Time: 30~60 min
It could also be used as repairing. Repairing dosage is 0.5-1%(o.w.f)
Dilution method: Firstly bring DHK147H to heating chamber to liquidate it, then dissolve it under 70-80℃ hot water by 1:4. Stir solution evenly. The appearance of finished product is brown transparent liquid.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
Package & Storage
Plastic drum net 50kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
