Product Details

DHK153N is a compound of surfactant and high molecular polymer; It has excellent cleaning ability for dyes and electrolyte. Suitable for the soaping process of reactive, vat, disperse dyed and printed fabric.

Key Features and Typical Benefits

Has excellent wash off, dispersing and suspending effect to un-fixed dyes, alkali and electrolyte.

Applied in soaping process after dyeing or printing of cotton, cotton blends and T/R, can remove unfixed dyes and avoid the back staining.

Good chelating power to calcium and magnesium iron.

Has excellent anti-back staining effect for white ground

Can replace normal soaping agent when diluted by 1/ 6 or 1/10.

Application

DHK153N is a powdery agent, should be diluted with water before use. It is suggested to be diluted by the ratio 1:6-1:10 under room temperature, and stir for 1 hour. After dilution, it is colorless transparent liquid. Suitable for overflow machine, package yarn and continuous machine.

1. Dipping method: 

    Dosage:         0.1-0.5 g/L

    Temperature:     90℃-98℃ 

    Time:           10-20 min

2. Continuous process :

Dosage:         0.5-1 g/L

Temperature:     90℃-98℃ 

Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries

Operating and safety instructions

It has good stability in water, but when the hardness is greater than 300ppm, recommend testing the dilution stability before making the solution.

1. It is a powdery product, recommend diluting by the ratio 1:6-10, and stir for 0.5-1 h. Soluble in cold water, dissolved faster in warm water.
