Properties and Features
Suitable for finishing for cotton, yarn, flax and their blends, which has high request for white bleaching and color tone.
It will impart treated fabric with soft, fluffy smooth and elastic hand feeling.
No yellowing, will not affect brightness and color shade of treated fabric
Easy usage, it can be used in padding or exhaustion process.
Direction of Usage
1. Dissolve:
Put the softener flake with ratio of 5-8% into room water, then keep stirring and heat the temperature to 70-80 ℃ to make it dissolved about 15-30mins, stirring the solution to decrease the temperature and cool down it until get the even solution, ready to use.
2. Pad process: 2-3g/L, Temperature: 30-40℃, one dip-one pad or two dip-two pad.
3. Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.)
Bath ratio: 1:10-15 Temperature: 40-50℃ for 15-30mins
Suggestion and notes
1. suggest make the solution separately, avoiding the strong acid
2. the dissolved solution should not put for a long time, avoiding mould.

25kgs net in PP bag, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
