DHK 105T is an anionic/nonionic quick penetrant, has excellent permeability under acidic, neutral and alkaline conditions. Suitable for all kinds of natural fiber, chemical fiber and its blended fabric and bobbin yarn pretreatment, dyeing, finishing and other various printing and dyeing process.

Application
DHK 105T is soluble in water, add water and mix uniformity before use. It can be used in the overflow machine, jigger, cheese dyeing machine, continuous processing equipment, sand washing machine and other dyeing and printing equipments.
1. Normal penetration process:
Dosage： 0.25-1.0g/L(batch); 1-4 g/L(continous)
2. Bobbin yarn dyeing process
Dosage： 0.25-1.0g/L
Polyester dyestuff or reactive dyestuff: X
Bath ratio： 1:10
a) Polyester dyeing:
pH: 5
Temperature： 130℃
Time： 30-40min
b) Reactive dyestuff dyeing：
Na2SO4 : 30-50 g/L
Na2CO3 : 15-20 g/L
Temperature： 60℃
Time： 30-40min
3. Polyester leather base cloth hydrophilic raising process:
Dosage： 1-3 g/L
Raising agent TF-4185: 1-3 g/L
Pick-up ratio: 50-70%
Baking: 220℃
Note：This product can not be directly mixed with strong acid, strong alkali. If there is too much bubble when application, suggest adding a small amount of defoaming agent.
Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and dilution separately when preparing the solution, then add it to machine.
2. Strongly recommend to use soft water during dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.

Package & Storage
Plastic drum net 50kg, it can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. If the product is separated, stir the contents. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.
