Soft oil is double-fat amide ethoxy methyl quaternary ammonium salt of compound, suitable for cotton and blended fabrics, can give fabrics good soft, smooth and hydrophilic hand feeling. It’s a new type of softener.

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid
pH value: 6-7(1% solution)
Ionicity: Weak cationic
Solubility: Soluble in water
◆ Features
1. After finishing, the fabric or yarn can be soft and smooth
2. It is a very strong antistatic agent, has the very high directness, and has a soft, dry, fluffy feeling after finishing
3. It has little impact on whiteness and color tone to fabrics
4. It has a good stability, is well tolerated for alkali, salt and anion
5. Mild scent, do not stimulate the respiratory tract
◆ Application
1. Cotton and its blends and yarn finishing treatment
2. Applies to towels and jean garment washing
◆ Dissolution Method
The soft oil can be diluted in cold or warm water with suggested proportion 1:10. After well stirring, it can be ready for use.

Padding: 30-80g/l
Dipping: 0.3-0.8% (O.W.F)
◆ Package : 50kg or 125kg/plastic drum
◆Storage: Can be stored for at least 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition
