| DHK292B is a super soft & excellent stable textile softener. It contains a revolutionary silicone molecule to deliver voluminous and silky hand feels. It provides hydrophilicity to most types of textile fiber or fabric at lower use level than other silicone softeners. It is very stable in ordinary textile finish process without causing oil-spots on fabric. DHK292B can enhance superior affinity and durability of conventional hydrophilic and amino silicone softeners to most types of textiles. DHK292B is able not only to coat the fiber surface to deliver unusually full and rich hand-feels, but also to deeply & homogeneously penetrate into the interior of natural fibers to modify each single fiber to make the fabric premium. DHK292B is water-dispersible, it can be straightly used in textile mills by padding and exhaustion that require outstanding shear stability to avoid finish process trouble such as oil spotting on fabrics.

| Since DHK292B can be readily diluted in water, no additional emulsifying is required to straightly apply in textile finish process.
DHK292B can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying. Optimum treatments are dependent on the required softness of the fabric and yarn after dyeing and rinsing.
1.Pad-dry-cure process Dosage: 10-30g/l , Temp: 160℃ setting and baking
2.Exhaustion process Dosage: 1-3% (o.w.f) Bath ratio: 1:10-1:20 Temp: room temperature, 15-30mins, drying , then 160℃,setting and baking
