DHK621S is a modified polyether derivative, giving fabrics hydrophilic, bulky, soft, anti-creasing and anti-static properties.

Application:
DHK621S is suitable for polyester and its blends, acrylic fibers, spandex and other synthetic fabrics, it is also suitable for yarn with hydrophilic and soft property.
Dilution method (1:10 proportion): Charge water→Stir at 80 r/min→Charge DHK621S into the dilution kettle→Raise up the temperature to 70℃, and keep it for 40-60 mins until it diluted completely→Cold down to below 40℃→Filter for use.
1. Padding process
Dosage: 10-40 g/L (original emulsion)
Residual water proportion: 65-85%
Drying: 160℃,1-2mins
2. Exhaust process:
Dosage: 1-4% (o.w.f)
L/R: 1:10-1:20
Temperature: Room temperature
Time: 15-30 mins
Drying: 160℃, 1-2mins
3. For softening and dyeing in one bath
Dosage: 1-4% (o.w.f)
Disperse dyes: X%
Leveling agent: Yg/L
L/R: 1:10-1:20
Temperature: 130-135℃
Time: 30-60 mins
Notes：When used with dyestuff one bath, the reduction process will affect the softening effect of this product. Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating and safety instructions:
1. Recommend preparing other chemicals first when making the working liquid.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.

Package & Storage:
Woven bag 25 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without
exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the woven bag should be tightly
sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold condition.
