DHK326A is cationic softener flake, is specially suitable for acrylic, chemical fiber and its blends, can make the fabrics with very good soft and fluffy hand feeling.
And also for various cotton, T/C yarn softening, can make the fabric very soft and elastic hand feeling.
◆ Property
1. Appearance: slight yellow flake
2. Component: fatty acid amide compound
3. Ionicity: cationic
4. Water soluble appearance: Milky white paste (10% solution)
5. PH value: 4.0- 6.0 (6-10% solution)
◆ Dissolution Method
Add the flakes in room temperature water gradually with the proportion of 5-8%, stirring for 3-5mins, then heating up to 70-80℃, and keep stirring slowly until the flakes become an even paste about 60mins, cool it down for use.
◆Use Craft:
1. Padding method: 2-3g/L, temperature 30-40℃
Process：two dips two pads or one dip one pad
2. Dipping method: 0.3-0.8% (O.W.F), bath ration 1:10:15,
temperature 40-50℃, time 15-30mins
◆ Package & storage :
25kg/bag
At temperature not more than 35℃, put in cool place storage for 12 months
