DHK322S is weak cationic softener flake, can make fabrics with soft, smooth, fluffy hand feeling.
It is specially suitable for softening of cotton, chemical fiber, linen, silk, yarn and its blending. It can also be used for denim, washer wrinkle fabric and various garments washing softening treatment.

1. Appearance: slight yellow flake
2. Component: fatty acid amide compound

4. Water soluble appearance: Milky white emulsion (10% solution)
5. PH value: 3- 5 (5-10% solution)
◆ Dissolution Method
put the softener flake proportion of 5-8% into room temperature water, stirring for 3-5mins, and gradually heating up to 65-70℃, keep stirring for 40-60mins, after that stir slowly to cool down it to get the uniformity paste for using.
◆Use Craft
1. Padding method: 2-3g/L, temperature 30-40℃
Process：one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping method: 0.3-0.8% (O.W.F)
bath ration 1:10-15, temperature 40-50℃, time: 30mins
