Properties and Features
Suitable for finishing for towel, cotton, linen and blends and knitted fabrics, can make the fabrics with super soft and fluffy hand feeling.
Also suitable for various denim, washing cloth, sweater etc softening.
Direction of Usage
1. Dissolve
Put the softener flake with ratio of 5-8% into room water, then keep stirring and heat the temperature to 40-60 ℃ to make it dissolved about 10-15mins, stirring the solution to decrease the temperature and cool down it until get the even solution, ready to use.
2. Pad process: 2-3g/L, Temperature: 30-40℃, one dip-one pad or two dip-two pad.
3. Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.)
Bath ratio: 1:10-15 Temperature: 40-50℃ for 15-30mins
Suggestion and notes
1. suggest make the solution separately, avoiding the strong acid
2. the dissolved solution should not put for a long time, avoiding mould.
