Dissolving Method
1. Cold water dissolve: add the flakes 5-8% into room water(30℃ )gradually, stir it for about 3-5mins to disperse and then leave aside for 2-4h, and stirring slowly until the flakes totally dissolved to even paste.
2. Add the flakes 5-8% into room water(30℃ )gradually, stir it and then heat up to 60-70℃ stirring for about 30-60mins until the flakes totally dissolved to even paste, cool down it and ready for use.

※ Padding：Dosage：2～3g/L Temperature：30～40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
※ Dipping：Dosage：0.3～0.8%（o.w.f） Liquor ratio：1:10～15
Temperature：40～50℃ Time：15-30min
