DHK216HA is a compound of special surfactants. It is mainly used for dyeing and repairing process. It has outstanding ability of repairing and preventing property for color defects. It is also capable of the de-oiling and anti-back staining function, especially suitable for the repairing of the complicated dyeing problems.

Excellent migrating and dispersing properties, can repair the color spots effectively after dyeing on the polyester fabric and its blends, especially for suede, pongee and other super fine polyester.
Good de-oiling and emulsifying effects, can repair the color spots, color spots and horizontal stripe due to oil stain; simplify the repairing process of complicated problems.
Can be used in the polyester dyeing process alone or together with leveling agent to achieve better leveling effect.
Low effect on color shade after repairing process.
Good solubility, can be dissolved in cold water, can effectively prevent the repairing white spots occurring.

Application:
DHK216HA is easily dispersing in water, it can be used directly after dilution with water. It should be charged into the tank slowly after pre-dissolved to avoid the concentrated product direct contacting the fabric which may cause the excessive migration of the dyes. Suitable for the overflow dyeing machine, air dyeing machine, jigger dyeing machine, cheese dyeing machine, and other dyeing and printing equipments.
1. As Repairing Agent:
Dosage: 1.0-2.0g/L
L/R: 1:10-30
Temperature: 130-140℃ Time: 10-60 min
2. As high temperature Leveling Agent:
Dosage: 0.2-0.5 g/L
L/R: 1:10-30
Temperature: 130-140℃
Time: 30-60 min
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
If use for the fabric with spandex, please make test first according to the conditions.
Operating and safety instructions
1. When making the solution, avoid auxiliaries mixing with the acid and dyestuff directly. Recommend to dilute them respectively, and then charge the dilution to rotary as required.

Package & Storage
Plastic drum net 120 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold condition. It belongs to flammable material, eliminate open flame in the storing and using occasions.
