Use
DHk198, applying to reactive dying of fibers, is as an alternative to soda. It do not contains toxic ingredients like Formaldehyde. It is powder appearance, which overcomes the shortcomings of the uncertainty of liquid alkali and the light color caused by the less sodium.
◆ properties
1. Easy to use. Using about ten to twelve point five percent of the soda ash, reducing the labor force and storage space.
2. The characteristics of dyeing time is slowly rising, and has high safety coefficient of the soda ash for reactive dyes, especially not easy to color to bright green.
3. Has the same color fastness comparing to soda ash.

Alkaline method: In dying process, the Alkali agent can be divided into two times or feed according to Stain charging cylinder curve. The PH change is as followings

We can see from the data, this product has the property of buffer, the PH value is low on the fixation point, so the Color dye will not speed, and very beneficial to dyeing levelness.

Notice：
1.All dark natural or light are 10%-12% of soda ash.
