DHK200S is prepared by organic acid, during the processing of dyeing, it could adjust and stabilize the PH Value of dyeing liquid through buffering effect. It has great stabilizing effect for PH Value and good representation of dyeing, no influence on the luster, color fastness and regular condition of the color. The product is generally free of irritating odor, being convenient for application with slight volatility. It is applied into the processes of neutralization, dyeing and acid washing.
Characteristics and advantage
a. The product is strongly stable, has good dyeing reproducibility, with no effect on luster and color-fastness. Without sulfate radical substance, Hydrochloric acid radical and Nitrate substance.
b. Instead of glacial acetic acid to neutralize with alkaline acid agent, PH regulator, acid dyes, disperse dyes, cationic dye and sulfur dyes these dyeing auxiliaries.
c. The product acidity is stable, buffering ability is near to glacial acid, properties, using dosage and dyeing condition is same as glacial acid.
d. By using the product, it endows dyeing fabric stable colored light, favorable color fastness, bright luster and with no damage on fabric.
e. Slight irritant smell, convenient and safety using, volatilize little, easy storage and handling. Is the most favorite replacement of glacial acetic acid.

Application process
Reference dosage: 0.4-1.0 G/L dyeing process
