Application
DHK 4BK-S is a powdery product. Before dilute, make it to paste form by adding 1 part of 4BK-S and 2 parts of cold water, then add hot water at 70-80℃ by 50 times of the diluted paste, stir and filter evenly , ready for use. It is suitable for over-flow machine, jig machine, etc.
1. Exhaustion whitening process:
Dosage: 0.1-0.8% (o.w.f)
Anhydrous sodium sulfate: 0-15 g/L
Temperature: 80-100℃
Time: 20-40 mins
2. Pretreatment and whitening in one bath:
Dosage: 0.1-0.8%(o.w.f)
Scouring agent.: 0.3-0.5 g/L
NaOH: 2-5% (o.w.f)
H2O2(100%): 2-3 %(o.w.f)
Peroxide Stabilizer .: 0.2 %(o.w.f)
Temperature: 95-100℃
Time: 40-60 min
3. Padding process
Dosage: 1-6 g/L
Procedure: One dipping one padding (pick-up 70%)→Pre-drying(100℃)→Curing(160℃)
Note
The higher of the dosage, the stronger of the blue-violet color shade. Actual process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when prepare the solution, then add it to machine.
2. Strongly recommend to use soft water during dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
