Product Details

DHK129B is a special anionic/nonionic surfactant. Has excellent wetting, washing, scouring properties, especially good under alkaline condition. Suitable for oil removing and scouring process for polyester, cotton, flax, silk and so on.

Application:

DHK129B is easily soluble in water, can be used after dilution with water, suitable for oil removing, scouring, and scouring and dyeing in one bath for knitted polyester in over flow machine, jig machine, sand washing machine.

1. Oil removing for white fabrics:   

Dosage:         0.5-2.0g/L

Soda ash:        1-2 g/L

Ratio:           1:10

Temperature:     around 100℃    Time:           20-40min

2. Low temperature oil removing process for color fabrics and tinsel yarn:   

Dosage:        0.5-2.0g/L

Ratio:          1:10 

Temperature:    60-80℃   Time:          20-40min

3.  Bleaching free pretreatment for dark knitted cotton and cheese:

Dosage:          0.5-1.5g/L;

Soda ash:         3 g/L or NaOH 0.5-1.5g/L;

Ratio:            1:10

Temperature:      60-80℃

Time:             20-40min

The treated fabric can be dyed directly dye after washing 1 time.

4.  Alkali-oxygen in one bath for knitted cotton and cheese

Dosage:                0.5-2g/L

NaOH:                 2g/L

H2O2(100%):            1.5-2.5 g/L

Stabilizer: 0.3-0.4 g/L

Ratio:                  1:10

Temperature:           95-98℃

Time:                  30-40min;

5. Scouring and dyeing in one bath for disperse dyeing:

Dosage:                0.5-2g/L

Leveling agent: 0.5-1.0g/L

Disperse dyes:           X

pH:                    5.5

Ratio:                 1:10

Temperature:           130℃

Time:                 30-60min

Operating and safety instructions

1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.

2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.

3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
