-DHK128C is an anionic/nonionic surfactant compound, performs excellent emulsifying, penetrating and dispersing properties even under alkaline condition. Treated cotton shows excellent water-absorption and whiteness. It’s suitable for woven cotton, linen, etc., for cold pad batch and scouring pretreatment.

Application
DHK128C is easily soluble in water. Adjust paste with good flow property by ratio of 1:2 before use, then add water and stir evenly till the paste dissolved completely, ready for use. Can be used on cotton, linen and their blends by alkali-oxygen one bath, continuous steaming and cold pad batch pretreatment, etc.
1. Cold pad batch pretreatment on cotton:
Dosage： 5.0-10.0 g/L
NaOH： 40-70 g/L
H2O2(100%)： 10-15 g/L
DHK128C： 3-6 g/L
Process flow: Padding (30-40℃)→Rolling→Piled up for 16-24→Steaming→Washing.
2. Continuous scouring and steaming treatment on cotton:
Dosage: 4.0-6.0 g/L
NaOH: 40-70 g/L
Working solution preparion (50-60℃) in continuous scouring machine→Padding(with pick-up ratio 100%)→Piled up → Steaming→Washing.
Steam temp.: 98-102℃
Time: 40-60 min
3. Continuous oxygen bleaching-steaming process on cotton：
Dosage: 1.0-2.0g/L
H2O2 (100%): 3-5g/L
DHK128C: 1.5-3g/L
pH: 10.5
Working solution preparion (50-60℃)in continuous scouring machine→Padding(with pick-up ratio 100%)→Piled up → Steaming→Washing→Drying.
Steaming temp.: 98-102℃

4. Exhaustion alkali-oxygen one bath pretreatment：
Dosage: 1.0-2.0g/L

Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time. Pls use up it ASAP.
