Application:
DHK650 is easily soluble in water, before use of this product, it can be diluted. Can be used for exhaust and padding process.

Pre-heating: 100-120℃
Heating: 150℃ 3 mins or170-175℃ 30-60s
1. Continuous padding:
Pick up: 70-80%
Drying: 100-120℃
Heating: 150℃×3 mins
Or Drying / Heating in stenter:
First segment: 100-110℃
Second segment: 120-130℃
Third segment: 150-170℃
Make sure total treatment time 30-60 seconds.
2. Garments exhaustion:
Padding or spraying:
Pick up: 70-80%
Drying: 85℃(keep moisture ratio 5-10%)
Heating: 140-160℃ in garments heating machine, 5-10 min.
Operating and safety instructions:
1. Before treatment, adjust pH value to neutral.
2. If used with catalyst, please dilute the product as per actual need.
3. Resin treatment will affect strength of fabric, we suggest user to make trials as per factory equipment.
4. To avoid content of formaldehyde on fabric, please make sure adequate catalyst reaction and heating. Do not use DHK650 by immoderate dosage. Please make trials before use.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 50 kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. If the product is separated, stir the contents. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.
