DHK 110A is a special nonionic alkali polyglycol ether mixture. Has excellent permeability and emulsifying properties. It has good compatible performance, can be used together with anionic, cationic various additives.

Application:
DHK 110A is soluble in water, add water and mix uniformity before use. It can be used in the overflow machine, jigger, cheese dyeing machine, continuous processing equipment, sand washing machine and other dyeing and printing equipments.
1. Normal penetration process:
Dosage：0.25-1.0g/L(batch); 1-4 g/L(continuous)
Can be used together with dyes, whitening agent, silicone oil, softener flake according to application process.
2. Enzyme desizing process:
Dosage： 0.25-1.0g/L(batch); 1-4 g/L(continuous)
Desizing enzyme DHK189 1-2 g/L(batch); 3-5 g/L(continuous)
pH value： 6-7
Batch ratio： 1:10(batch);
Temperature： 60℃
Time： 20-30min(batch)
3. Continuous dyeing process:
Dosage： 1-4g/L
Dye： X
Temperature: ambient temperature
Pick-up ratio: 50-70%
Process flow: Padding-Preliminary drying-Baking(Steaming)-Fixing-Washing-Drying.
Operating and safety instructions:
1. Suggest weighing and dilution separately when preparing the solution, then add it to machine.
2. Strongly recommend to use soft water during dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 50kg, it can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. If the product is separated, stir the contents. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed
