DHK114 is an anionic/nonionic scouring agent, it has emulsifying, wetting and dispersing property. After treatment, cotton has excellent water absorption property and whiteness. It is suitable for cold pad batch, scouring process for cotton, flax, etc.

Application
DHK114 is easily soluble in water, can be directly used by adding water and stirring. Can be used in alkali-oxygen one bath pretreatment, continuous steaming pretreatment and cold pad batch treatment for cotton, flax and the blends.
1. Cold pad batch process for cotton:
Dosage： 5.0-10.0g/L
NaOH： 40-70g/L
Hydrogen peroxide(100%)：10-15 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer.： 3-6 g/L
Padding at 30-40℃, rolling, piled up for 16-24 hours, steam, wash
2. Continuous scouring and steaming process
Dosage： 4.0-6.0g/L
NaOH： 40-70g/L
Working liquid 50-60℃, continuous scouring process, liquid pick-up 100%, piled up, wash
Steaming temperature: 98-102℃
Time： 40-60min
3. Continuous bleaching and steaming process for cotton:
Dosage： 1.0-2.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide(100%)： 3-5 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer： 1.5-3 g/L
pH： 10.5
Working liquid room temperature, continuous scouring process, liquid pick-up 70-80%, piled up, then wash.
Steaming temperature： 98-102℃
Time： 30-45min
4. Alkali-oxygen one bath exhaustion process:
Dosage： 1.0-2.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide(100%)： 2-3 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer： 0.2-0.3g/L
NaOH： 2g/L

Temperature： 98℃
Time： 40-60min
Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
